Who are we?
Food Jams began in a Cape Town jazz kitchen, where founder Jade de Waal swapped instruments for ingredients and invited friends to “jam” with food instead of music. What started in her parents’ kitchen in 2010 has grown into a vibrant celebration of cooking, creativity, and connection.
In 2020, Jade joined forces with Jocelyn Myers-Adams, a renowned chef and entrepreneur, bringing even more flavour and flair to the Food Jams journey. Together, they lead a team that turns every cooking experience into a shared adventure.

ordinary food lover and is remembered as the quirkiest and most charming contestant on the first SA MasterChef in 2012.
Today, Known for her playful, hands-on approach to cooking, Jade blends music and culinary storytelling to create immersive food experiences, and warms the hearts of all who meet her!
