On 10 April 2010 the Food Jam kitchen was packed with a band of musician friends from all strings, including two biologists, a filmmaker and a linguist! Instead of the usual wine pairing Leonardo had a little trick up his sleeve – each dish was paired with a special with a uniquely South African blend – Pinotage from different farms. Thanks to Adam, Miles, Nicolaas, Lauren, Andrea, Ian, Liezl, Michaela and Francois for being so hot in the kitchen!
